Once we repent of our sins and trust in Jesus,
God no longer keeps a record of our past wrongs! Our debt has been FULFILLED by the consequence that was set on Christ. We are given new life by this substitute to be reunited with God, to live with Him in righteousness by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Sharing a reminder that this means while we still navigate in a fallen world God views us differently. So when harm happens to us, it is not God getting revenge on our past actions.
He has completely forgiven us who rely on Him and His offering through Christ, and He will protect us from anything that would derail our unity.
He will strengthen us with any amount of amazing grace and/ or uncomfortable discipline or trials so that we can continue being sanctified in the truth of who He is.
• If God is not against you but for you (and He IS for you), how does your faith look despite circumstance?
Many moments are an opportunity to be a testimony.
How clearly does your faith see His love right now? Because it IS present.
• Despite your testimony or abilities to see Him clearly, He is who He is, and He sees you with present love.
