Being goofy is my thing ok! haha!
Reflected on how I consider myself a blog, but continuously share pictures taken with the front camera of my phone rather than grab my camera and go somewhere scenic. I think I lean more on my phone, but I want a balance. Not solely catering to aesthetics but authencity. Being a savvy creative individual haha, but also just me. I want to remain casual, because that’s who I am, but also for the purpose of intentionally not changing, and keeping the common ground because I know we’re all just us, wanting ease and simplicity and to let our walls down.
I never want social media or the internet to control me.
I will do my best, because that’s what’s been set in my heart, but being human my best (my stress free! best, I mean) will sometimes make for post like this. Simple everyday things.
And that’s ok with me! That’s REAL life! You all would never see my face if I thought I had to have something perfect going on first!
Chase your God-dreams whilst remaining in His rest and graces, saints.
I never want to loose the real me! To do that is to loose apart of the message. God wants to expose and heal and love the real us! We don’t have to masquerade with Him. We can’t! He sees our fallenness and even still, He remains a place where we can come be silly or cry or angry or needy and not be turned away. He’ll create that place between you and Him, if you ask. And then He’ll set that heart in you, so you can welcome others in their rawest of stages as well!
I welcome your flaws, and the true you! I wish I saw more personalities than faces. It’s refreshing and unifying whenever I do.
Take your time changing and letting go of your false images. But do seek to show us who God intended for you to be! Because He has made plans for your life! Start with Him! Only what He calls you matters!
